I’M A CIFF MEMBER, HOW WILL I HEAR ABOUT FREE MEMBER SCREENINGS?
You will be notified by email about any free member screenings. If you change your email address please notify CIFF by emailing [email protected] or calling 02 6230 5211.

HOW LONG DOES MEMBERSHIP LAST FOR?
CIFF Membership lasts for one year.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY FILM FOR THE FESTIVAL?
The Canberra International Film Festival is a curated festival – screening about 60 films from around the world each year. We screen a mix of feature films and feature length documentaries.

If you have a film or films that are of a world-class standard that you would like to be considered for the festival please contact the festival using our Contact tab.

Please note that we do not screen short films or documentaries less than one hour in length.

DO YOU HAVE A VOLUNTEERS PROGRAM?
CIFF has an active volunteer program and considers reliable, outgoing people who are interested in film. Volunteers assist by providing advice to patrons, talking to them about the films that are on offer and responding to any other questions such as membership packages or special sessions.
